I deeply appreciate your suggestions! As my symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis have progressed over the last decade, I think I put as much creativity (or more) into how to manage the physical act of writing as the mental and emotional side of things. I feel uplifted by your article. Thank you! 😊

I absolutely love everything you've shared. For me it's making myself comfortable enough to write for a while and managing pain, so the rice packs you mention are a must in my home! Also tea and infusions 💛

Thank you! And yes, that's the way! Love that you're finding things that work for you. I'm switching to home infusions this month for ease and comfort. Lately, I've been clearest 10 minutes into a bag.
