What to read if you're burned out
It's hard, it sucks, but you can get through it.
Good morning wordicorns and scribblers,
Today is all about getting burned out, feeling like you want to burn it all down, needing to torch it, and other fire related feelings.
Basically, when you’ve done so much your brain is tired and you just can’t. Yours truly have been there.
and I () have been burned out at the same time, at different times, before we met each other. What I’m saying is, it can happen more than once.Sometimes, rest is enough, perhaps a longer sabbatical would do it, but sometimes more drastic actions need to be taken.
So what do you need?
There is no one way to handle to handle burn out, exhaustion, being maxed out—no One Size Fits All answer to go back to being emotionally healthy and happy and creative. But there are a lot of thoughts on the matter floating in the world. Let’s hear some of them.
I hope at least one of them makes your journey as little easier.
